When you reach the Poke Transfer Lab on Route 15 (you have to complete the main story and defeat Team Plasma first), you can transfer six Pokemon from a Gen IV game to Pokemon White through DS Download Play. Then you're taken to a minigame where you have a slingshot and a Poke Ball and you try to aim the Poke Ball at the Pokemon as they hop from patch to patch of tall grass. (They can only be caught when they AREN'T hidden by grass.) All of the ones that you catch go to your PC when the minigame ends. In case you were wondering, you can catch Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave in Pokemon Heartgold/Soulsilver.
