you have to go to the cerrulean cape and pass through all the trainers by battling them, then keep on heading east and you'll see misty with a guy and shell go back to the gym. easiest way to get to misty is by going to the very right then battle the first sailor beat heim go to the next sailor beat him go outside go back inside go to the very right and head straight to misty.
