Complete the game in Professional (Pro) mode and it will be offered to you for free. Remember to save the cleared (completed) game. You'll see it in your briefcase (takes up lots of room) when you load a new game from a cleared game in Professional mode. xD

Do you mean the Plaga Removal Laser? If so, listen up. You can only get this gun in the PS2 or Wii versions of Resident Evil 4. All's you have to do is beat the game on Professional mode. Then, after you do that, check the merchant and it should be there. It's a good gun and very helpful. The good news is that if you charge it all the way (hold X or A), you can deliver a nice laser through the ganados. It gets even better. The Plaga Removal Laser can defeat any enemy. When you reach Saddler, use the Plaga Removal Laser. The battle will be done much faster than normal. Another thing you can do is if you don't feel like charging the PRL then you can use it to temporarily stun your enemies. This will help you kick the crude out of your enemies.
