Step 4: Go to the Mt. Silver Cave.

Step 6: Climb the Waterfall.
Step 7: Right in front of you, there should be a smaller cave entrance, go in it.
Step 8: PALKIA will be in the cave at Lv. 70.
Step 9: You can only catch PALKIA in HG, you catch DIALGA in SS and after getting the another Sinnoh dragon (by trade) from the Mt. Silver Cave, put them both in your party and get a Griseous Orb from Pokemon Platinum (by trade).
Step 10: Once you have The Griseous Orb from Platinum, 2 Sinnoh dragons from Mt. Silver Cave, GIRATINA will now be in the cave at Lv. 70, just like DIALGA and PALKIA.
Step 11: GIRATINA will be in Altered Forme and ENJOY :)
