Get a Palkia in Pokemon Pearl(that's the only game you can get Palkia in unless you trade or use AR) then turn on your DS and make sure you have Wi Fi Connection. Now select Battle Pass(or something like that) on your Wii if you're playing Pokemon Battle Revolution on it. Now you can copy your Palkia and it will be in the storage. You can only use it on a Custom Pass. It won't let you use it on a Rental Pass. Hope this helped.
Also, you can get Palkia in Pokemon Platinum, too.

∙ 14y agoAfter you defeated aegis cave (the regis) then somewhere after that palkia will kipnap you to spacial rend, you MUST complete the dungeon to get to palkia and of course you need to defeat him, if you want to recruit palkia go back to spacial rift after you defeated darkrai in dark crater

∙ 11y agoThe only way to get Palkia in "Pokémon Black or Pokémon White" is either by transferring it from Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl, Pokémon Platinum, Pokémon HeartGold or Pokémon SoulSilver or by trading for it. :- ]
Or just buy an Action Replay. Getting an Action Replay saves you a lot of money, and you can do a BUNCH of cool codes on it.

∙ 15y agoTo get Dialga or Palkia on Pokemon Battle Revolution, you must first catch it in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl and then send it to Pokemon Battle Revolution with a wireless connection.
