Unless the player / stereo explicitly says otherwise, it is probably only capable of playing regular audio CDs, not MP3 CDs. There not really anything you can do to change this, except replace the equipment.
The Pioneer CD-P680 can play MP3 files, as well as WMA files.
No, unfortunately you can't. I wish it did, though. Apparently Lincoln didn't add a CD changer that played mp3 files until the 2007 model.
Sony XPLOD 10-DISC CD MP3 CHANGER changes very fast.
The Sony Xplod CDX 757MX CD / MP3 changer holds up to 10 CD's, making it one of the highest capacity models on the market. With MP3 functionality as well, it's a great unit.
A CD player cannot play mp3 files. However, mp3 music can be burned onto a CD-R and played on a CD player.
Yes, if it is an MP3 CD Player. I don't believe that there are any of these that will not play a regular CD.
not unless the CD player can play mp3 cds.
a cd player is designed to hold and play only 1 cd at a time where a cd changer can hold multiple cds and will let you select which cd to play. you will have to remember which cd is in which place in the player
i have a 1992 lexus ls 400...the cd won't play..you can hear the cd changer ...but no sound
The Sony Xplod CDX 757MX CD / MP3 changer is one cd changer that will do this. You can get one starting at around 110$.
Only if you have a CD changer installed. (that is acording to the manual). I have Audio 20 with CD changer and I play CD's with mp3 files.. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a March 2008 C200 CDI with an Audio 20 single CD slot and I can confirm that it DOES PLAY MP3's. The LCD screen shows the compact disc symbol and MP3 logo alongside. Be aware that the it will play CDs with MP3 files as long as the CD format is CDFS (otherwise known as ISO9660 Joliet) (as written by Windows XP) but not UDF (as written by Vista). If you have Vista, use a third party CD writting program such as Nero or the free CDBurnerXP (http://cdburnerxp.se/ which does work on Vista despite the name). Make sure you set the format to ISO9660 Joliet. Hope this helps someone.
