Prerequesites
- National Pokedex
- A Nintendo DS or DS Lite (a GBA slot is needed)
- Surf (you should already have it if you have got the national dex)
Once you have the national dex at the start of the game in the Menu there will be an option that say "transfer pokemon from "(POKEMON GBA GAME)" in there you will be able to choose the pokemon you want to send over.
Once you have done that use surf and surf down from Sandgem town.
There will be a path of rocks which leads to the right. PalPark will be in that area.
At Palpark you will be able to catch those pokemon you transferred.
