After you beat the game, get manaphy to join your team, and get manaphy to tell you about Marine resort. Celebi will found in mystifying forest on the 10th floor, but you need to have the secret slab or the mystery part.

∙ 15y agoNot without cheat codes you can get the shiny Celebi And primal dialga. Had primal got rid of it because you cants send it and it says nothing when you talk to it so there really pointless and may mess up your game.

∙ 14y agoAfter recruiting both Palkia and Dialga (I think) and beating Marine Resort you have to go to floor 10 of Treeshroud Forest with a Mystery Part or Secret Slab and Celebi should be there. SAVE before you try to recruit it!

∙ 12y agoIf you beat a Pokemon, some Pokemon will ask you to join your team. You can say yes or no.
You can have those Pokemon on your team in every dungeon.
You can have up to 4 Pokemon on your team at once. If you have more they will be sent to the guild and to Chimecho Assembly, (Chimecho Assembly comes when your far in the game.

You must have mystery part in inventory.
Mystifying forest.

HOLD FRIEND BOW/GOLDEN MASK/ AMBER TEAR (Preferably golden mask as it is better for promoting recruitment)
Kill.
(Hopefully!) Recruit Celebi!
