you can't get Pokemon shiny you are going to have to catch them shiny,anyway if ypu are talking about diamond/pearl/platinum you are going to have to be either lucky or you are going to have to have a Action replay ds, but their is another way to get shiny Pokemon though, a Device called the pokerader, you can chain shiny Pokemon, but im gonna have to warn you, make sure you chain doesn't break or else you are going to have to start all over again, your Pokemon's chain is going to have to be a chain 40 that is a 30% chance to finding a shiny patch. a shiny patch is a patch that shins like sparckles. remember that now. if you want to find a shiny Pokemon on your own without the pokerader that is about 1/8956% chance of finding a shiny Pokemon in the wild .
