get the Pokemon you want to be level 100 in the first Pokemon slot. next put item called exp share on it for more exp. then go to elite four make sure your Pokemon can beat them example kyogre would be good cause he has good attacks. get tons of hyper potions. Keep doing that intill its level 100.
