First off, two of the Retro Cups will already be ready to play in Grand Prix in any cc. The thing you have to do to unlock the other two cups is to get first in the other Retro cups. I'm not exactly sure if you have to only get first in the Banana Cup, or if you have to do both, but just try the Banana Cup first, and if it doesn't work, get first in the Shell Cup also. It should work then. When you're done, the Leaf Cup should be unlocked. After you get first in that cup, you should have opened the Lightning Cup! Follow the same directions on the other cc Grand Prixs (and also Mirror Mode, after you beat all the cups in 150cc, if you didn't know there was a Mirror Mode.)
