(MySims Wii:) You have to move in Shirley (the hairdresser with pink hair and sunglasses) and build her a salon. Your first task will be to build her a salon chair. Once you build a salon chair and have access to it, you should go into the character dress-up screen. If you click on your Sim's eyes and go through the options, one of the choices should be bright pink anime eyes. These are Yuki's eyes. If you can't find them at first, complete all the tasks Shirley asks of you, so that her salon opens. When you do this (and also for Ms. Nicole and Dolly Dearheart) you will have a greater outfit/hair/eye selection, and with the salon chair, you will have Yuki's eyes.
