It is impossible to get future generation Pokemon on a game, even with AR/GS.
No, you cannot.
it has to be traded over or linked or by using a action replay
Cheat using an action replay
Mew doesn't evolve period
You can't catch Arceus in Pokemon SoulSilver. You can only get it by obtaining it at a Nintendo event, or by using an Action Replay.
It should be an event Pokemon although you could cheat using an action replay
The only way you can get a Level 3 Lugia in "Pokémon SoulSilver" is by using a cheating device such as an Action Replay or Pokésav.
you can find codes online, or download action replay code manager with the disc you got with the action replay. Use the cord to plug it in. Then drag soulsilver from the box in the top right, to the bottom right, then to the big box on the right. Make sure your action replay is plugged in. If you are using action replay dsi, plug it in without the system. If you are doing in with action replay ds, plug it in with the ds. Make sure that the ds says to plug it in after you press the button with the cord on it.
It's Cyndaquil, and you have to transport it using Pal Park from Heartgold/Soulsilver, or hack the game using an Action Replay.
Your computer will list the answer
you cant except by using an action replay or another cheat device and trading it into the game from d/p/pt
An action replay is not an in-game device. It is an actual piece of hardware that you buy at your local electronics store (not all have it), where you enter codes using that device to hack your game.
