you have to transfer your event shiny legendary beasts (entei raikou or suicune) through the relocator. once you've done that, go to lostlorn forest to the right of nimbasa city. remember that you only need one of those legendaries for the event to work. a "woman" will attack you and transform into another legendary beast. just attack it once without killing it and it will reveal that it is a zoroark. it will be at lvl 25.
