you first have to capture articuno , scicune , entai , zapidos,moltres ,and raiko then go to professor elm or oak and they will give you a special apicorn. take it to the appicorn man and once it is made go to the forest protectors house and then put the ball in the little house and Celebi will attack you. But before you put the ball in save your game just in case you accidentally kill it.
