First you goto Mr. Mime who is located near the Kecleon Shop. He'll tell you about Scizor and how he went to Blizzard Island, and how he disappeared. Then you'll be able to go. In Blizzard Island, there are 3 destinations: Blizzard Island, Crevice Cave, and Deep Crevice Cave. At the end there will be Scizor, frozen in ice by a Frosslass. You'll have to defeat her. Then after rescuing Scizor, he gives you the Secret Rank.

To get vaporeon you need a water stone(, jolteon needs the thunder stone, flareon needs the fire stone, for espeon you need the sun ribbon when the IQ is over 1 star, umbreon needs a lunar ribbon with an IQ over 1 star, leafeon needs a mossy rock, and glaceon needs a frozen rock. The last two are items, unlike before, where they were in areas.

In treasure town next to the kecleon shop will be mr.mime who who ask you to go to blizzard island to rescue scizor.Once you complete blizzard island you have to go to crevice cave and at the end of crevice cave is scizor , but hes frozen solid so you have to battle froslass to save scizor.You take scizor back to treasure town and you become the secret rank so now you can accept special missions.Froslass is an ice type so I recommend fire. yes you can, but you have to get the item necessary first and you have to have beat the game. as in, you have to get back from the future, graduate from the guild, and so on. but yes, you can evolve eventually. i know this because i have it to and i' m the eevee on my team and i evolved me into a vaporeon, but that's because my partner is a pikachu. you need the solar ribbon and high IQ stars to evolve into espeon, the lunar ribbon and high IQ stars to evolve into umbreon, the fire stone for flareon, the water stone for vaporeon, the thunder stone for jolteon, frozen rock for glaceon, and the mossy rock for leafeon.
