1. send 2000 IC to (phenomanal) and then go to rooms and go to the seach for rooms bar and type in Ho-oh and go in the following room
OR
2. Put a rare Pokemon on trade center such as Darkrai,Mewtwo or Dragonair (at least level 60) to trade center for a Ho-oh level (any level)!
