If you still have a master ball,than use that. But if u don't then you have 2 options: if u have a instant replay then you can get unlimited master balls ,and if u only have 1 left because u used it on lugia,then go to other Pokemon games, put masterball(if u have 1)on a Pokemon than transfer through poke walker
