you can go to cheatgarage.com and download a UFO by clicking on the Aircraft selection at the left side bar if you have a PC/any computer, maybe a mac. But if you want to find one on play station 1, 2 or 3 then I don't know...

ShadowArceus: don't listen to him there is no way to get a UFO although there is a place in the desert called Area 68 that makes reference to are 51 in there sometimes you can see a UFO flyng over there but it is impossible to get it i have tried with an airplane helicopter and infinite heigth Jet pack but 2 things make it impossible are 68 shots at every flyng thing that is not recognized and 2 The UFO really flies Fast
