Page Rage is by far the best free Facebook layouts app. Keep in mind that all they offer are Facebook layouts - they do NOT offer "cartoon yourself" options - I think that is a scam and its not affiliated with PageRage - I contacted them personally to get confirmation and they were very helpful and nice.
