when you walk into eterna city a girl will give you cut,but you have to beat the gym leader first,after you beat the gym leader you use cut on the trees in front of the building walk in and there will be a lot of galactic grunts (annoying) when you finally get to the top you fight the girl in front of the to pokemon.then you leave the building go to the bike shop talk to the person you saved and he gives you a bike as a gift,hope this helps
