to get a blaziken in pokemon HG you have to get a torchic. to do so you have to beat all johto gym leaders and beat the elite 4. travel to kanto and find the copycat's doll which is at the pokemon club in vermillion city. the hoenn champion will thank you for retuning the doll. then go to silph co. and you'll see him. talk to him and he will let you choose a colored stone.
Blue=mudkip
Red=torchic
Green=treeko
if you want blaziken choose torchic and train it to level 36.
