First of all , be yourself . Make new friends , find the one person that you connect with the most and start flirting ( make sure they're not taken )

As time goes by give them hints that you like them , invite them to events ( parties , dances , friend get togethers )

Have random conversation starters ( do you like ____ ? , I love your shoes , etc. ) , but compliments are the best starters

If he gives you any signs that he might have a crush on you , make your move and be SUPER obvious :)

This process will take some time since you're at a new school..
