There is no way to make a hens eggs bigger, but to make them stronger give all your hens ample amounts of calcium (oyster shell) and protein (cooked egg, ect). Also make sure you have good quality layer feed on top of that.
Typically a hen is going to lay one size. But a young hen might lay a sightly smaller egg than when she is grown. Some people say the true size is seen after about a year after the hen starts laying her first egg. I have not heard of any way to make a hen lay larger eggs, so that is not to say you can't. But be warned that a hen sometimes has trouble pushing out the size she already lays. I have seen large eggs with blood on them from the hen. When she pushes it out it causes tears which causes bleeding. But I have never had a hen to die trying to push an egg out.
There is nothing you can do to control the size of an egg the hen will lay. Breed determines the size of the egg not nutrition. You can control the quality of the eggs being laid with proper nutrition and health care of the flock but not the size of the egg.
A good way to get your hen laying is by giving them more light. another way is to give them laying food. if it is fall already they are probebly just slowing down because its getting colder and darker they will lay again in the spring
you have to feed them a proper balance between corn, chicken feed, egg shells
and horse poo
You cannot control the size of the eggs your hen lays just the quality. You must chose a breed that lays jumbo or extra large eggs.
Increase the butt size.
