Well, what do you mean by 'get a charizard out of my party'? Do you mean you want to release it or do you want to put it in a place where you can access it when you want it back?
If you want to go with the second option, put it in your computer. (you can find them in pokecenters) If you want to release it, put it on your computer and press 'a' on it. It will show a menu and a release button. Press that.

NOTE: You need to beat the game in firered and colosseum plus in firered you need the national dex and you must deliver the ruby and sapphire to celio then you can trade.
