to get a cyclops you have to accept the quest from the death girl wizard left of the exit of Merle's castle. but after the quest i think you have to do a quest when you talk to Zeke in the commons then go back to where the girl death wizard was and you will see her note book and press x and you will start reading it then it will tell you to go to haunted cave to find her after you find her she will return to commons and somewhere in that quest you get the blue cyclops
