I don't think you can if you've already got them. For future reference, I owned a 11 y.o. VERY well trained English Sheepdog, and then got a brand new cat. They would share water bowls and everything. The trick is to introduce a cat to an older, trained dog, then the cat will not feel threatened.
I've got a cat and a dog really young, so they grew up together, and obviously they play and some times sleep toghether.
My cat is a common one and my dog is a chihuahua.
I have 2 more dogs (common and a french poodle) they don't match with my cat, but not harm it either. There is respect among them.
You can't make your dog like your cat. To at least make them comfortable with each other: try to let your dog sniff your cat and have them do many things together. I have tried this with my cat and dog to be sure it works.
You have to get them to act calm around each other. Try to get them next to each other. When they behave award them with a treat.
they make sounds like a cat meow or a dog roof.
i dont know acually but i think you let them get to know each other

If a dog will be protecting a cat is only if the dog grew up around the cat and adapted to it, but if the cat protected the dog they will reverse cyclogy and protect each other.
You make sure the dog doesn't see a cat and if it does you keep them away from each other.
A cat's opinion about a dog is likely similar to a dog's opinion of a cat. Luckily for humans, some cats and dogs not only like each other, but even seem to form a loving bond. Now, in my opinion, "Cats Rule; Dogs Drool" says it all.
only if that dog chases cats. trust me i am an experienced cat person.
No, they are in no way able to reproduce with each other.
The climax of the story is when the cat and the dog discover each other's true identities and realize they are not actually cats. This moment leads to a shift in their perspectives and behaviors as they embrace who they really are.
Pour Gravy them. This makes it smell like dog so would avoid each other
