Any dog can be good with cats if you raise them with cats.
a dog good with other dogs or experienced with cats
Any dog would be good with cats, as long as it is raised around them from the puppy stage. Some breeds wouldn't even need that to behave properly around cats, you just have to be firm with the dog if it does something wrong, and let the cats take care of themselves when you're not around.

It depends on the dog and how well it has been socialized with cats. Mine, however, loves them. Aussies are herding dogs and therefore more likely to chase cats, but less likely to harm them(Though not impossible). It's best to find out how the individual dog would react.
