Fishing in Okami is different for the PS2 and the Wii version.
PS2
Before entering the Tsuta Ruins, There will be a lonely boy on an small "island", if you go talk to him he is sad because he doesnt have a line (Same "story" for PS2 and Wii) So you have to draw a line (Restoration) from the fishing pole to a fish. In the PS2 Version, It it a sequence of buttons.
Wii
In the Wii version, you have to pull the Wii Remote in the OPPOSITE direction the fish is heading (Keep the "head" in the green area on the bar at the top of the screen)
