The only way to have got it is by pre ordering Halo Reach. In other words... it's to late. You can also get it by having a bungie.net account. You need to get some achievements about *vidmaster* from Halo 3 and Halo 3 ODST and follow what they tell you for a recon helmet, i don't know if it comes with flames.

the halo reach legendary edition doesnt come with an xbox 360 it only comes withsaprtan statue like 10 in. tall and flaming head, and recon helmet. The halo reach bundle the one with the xbox comes with recon helmet only, unless u preorder from gamestop. the halo reach bundle come with the new xbox 250 gb. hoped it helped im hyped about reach:)
