To get a flapyak you have to have a resident moozipan award. That means that you needed to have a moozipan in your garden at one point in time and have it been a resident. you don't needed the moozipan now if you want a flapyak. Also the flapyak can produce milk. It also has really cool colors. once you get it feed it a chili to turn it red, a blueberry for blue, and a watercress for green.
