How do you get a friendship raising berry in Pokemon X and Y?

All the friendship raising Berries in Pokémon X and Y lower a certain stat EV by 10 and they are all obtained through a mutation when certain berries are planted next to each other in a little farm around Route 7:

• Grepa Berry - Aguav Berry + Figy Berry. The first one can be found growing in a tree around Route 6 and the latter at Route 21. This berry lowers 10 Special Defense EVs;
• Hondew Berry - Aspear Berry + Leppa Berry. The first one can be found growing in a tree around Route 12 and the latter at Route 15. This berry lowers 10 Special Attack EVs;
• Kelpsy Berry - Chesto Berry + Persim Berry. The first one can be obtained from a man inside a house in Camphrier Town (if the second option is chosen after showing the asked type of Pokémon) or sometimes be found on the empty stall in Coumarine City, while Persim Berry grows in a tree around Route 7. This berry lowers 10 Attack EVs;
• Pomeg Berry - Iapapa Berry + Mago Berry. The first one can be found growing in a tree around Route 10 and the latter at Route 8. This berry lowers 10 HP EVs;
• Qualot Berry - Oran Berry + Pecha Berry. The first one can be found growing in a tree around Route 5 and the latter is given to you by a man around Route 7. This berry lowers 10 Defense EVs;
• Tamato Berry - Sitrus Berry + Lum Berry. The first one can be found growing in a tree around Route 11 and the latter at Route 16. This berry lowers 10 Speed EVs.

  You can increase the chances of these mutations by using the Surprise Mulch before planting the seeds. To obtain this mulch simply mix three berries of the same color in one of the composters found on the farm.
