Good Question! If you square the genotype by 56% you should get a positive outcome. Congrats
Because fire and cold cannot be breeded together . Cause fire is the opposite to cold
Mages get Frostfire bolt at level 75
You simply click (touch) the breeding cave. When the menu opens, you scroll down to frostfire and select it on one side, and do the same with cold on the other side.
It depends how long is the breeding taking? If its 10 hours then it a evergreen dragon, 6 hours: lichen, 12 hours frostfire. Those are the top three so if its not any of those then it's probably going to be a flower or a cold or something else.

Hybrid dragons in Dragonvale are combinations of different elements, e.g. Plant and Earth = Moss. Moss is a hybrid dragon. There is no official dragon in Dragonvale called the Hybrid Dragon. Try breeding a Lightning Dragon with a Cold Dragon. You will get a Storm Dragon, and that is a hybrid.
