Forget about it. There are plenty of fish in the sea, plenty of girls in the world. If she doesn't like you, then it's almost certain that the relationship you are trying to build is just going to end in arguements and her dumping you. If you like her because she's hot, that isn't a good enough reason. Good reasons to like a girl are:

She is polite

She is happy, not emo or anything, unless that's your style

She is responsible

She is good with kids

She has a few intrests in common with you

She likes you back

She is pretty and attractive to you

She is not already wanted by or seeing someone else.
