Okay I am a girl in mddle school so here are my tips:)

1 Does she talk to you ?

If not talk to her

If you are friends start sending her texts like this (Hey:), or That joke you told today was funny :P you are hilarious :) she would love those

If she texts her always text back and get to know her and find out who shes likes by asking one of her friends If she likes you tell her you like her and BOOM SPARKS WILL FLY

Here are few guidelines you should follow in order to get most to like you.

Greet her with a sincere smile each time you meet her.
Listen to what she has to say she will tell you what she likes.
Be bold and courteous.
Girls grow on fairytale stories, let her feel like a princess.
Be fun.

Let here treat you as you are worthless, if she does let her go she is not worth it.

If it does not work ask her explicitly if she likes you
