You have to be a teenager at least:
1) click on her
2) press anything under "romantic"
3) do this until she grabs interest and flirts with you
4) you will become romantic interests
5) continue being romantic
6) press romantic after flirting for a while. see if there is an option that says "propose" (this is NOT marriage! it means to ask if she wants to be her girlfriend)
