First thing, the Golden Wheel and the Star are different things. If you want to get the Golden Wheel, you need to be playing your game with the Wii Wheel for at least 50% of the time. After that, you should have your Golden Wheel. To get a star, you will have to get at least a star in all the cups in all the Grand Prix difficulties: 50cc, 100cc, 150cc, and Mirror Mode. If you do this, you should become a 1-star. If you get two stars on all the cups in every difficulty, you will be a 2-star. If you get three stars in all the cups in every difficulty, you will be a 3-star, which could mean that you are a champ! If you practice hard enough and set a goal to become a 3-star, you could become an expert!
