butt you need dragon amulet BUTT you can get the best weapon for non dragon amulet here is it...:
materials:33000 gold... complete all artix missions..
now go to the gulp shop and buy the drakness weapon for your character..
go to amityvale,thursday,quests,cristal clear lake..
KILL the first two monsters and you have 2 turns.. go to the number two turn and well turn.. now kill the monster and go on..NOW KILL THE FIRST MONSTER and do not turn!
go on... kill the monster... go on... go in to the house... go to shop,research materials and then upgrade doom weapon.... now go doom wood.. Artix.. purify doom weapon you need 10 slayer baddages and merge... WALLA you have the best light weapon in the game..

You can also find a good fire weapon at Amityvale via the quest Yaga Stone Circle quest.
Edit: Asker needs to prove more information as there are loads of fire weapons and it is dependant on level as to which ones are best.

∙ 12y agothe best dark weapons are the doom weapons they cost 28000 gold first go to falconreach then go left until you can go up then you will see a stranger go to his shop then if you are a warrior buye the axe if you are a rogue buy the dagger and if you are a mage buy the staff
