well first, be FRIENDS with him. There's really no point in going out with someone if you never even TALK. But in a way, this makes it difficult because if you ask them out and they say no it could get awkward. You can't really "get" someone to like you, it's up to them. I personally prefer to have all the guy friends i have without going out with them. It makes it so much less awkward and i can hang out with them. Most of my friends ARE guys but i'd never go out with them.

In my opinion, primary school is just as good as high school. In primary the lessons are just easir and the teachers are nicer but still strict.
