The "hats" is called funstuff. First open the console, if you are on a Windows computer you have to press the button left to "1". If you are on a Macintosh computer press shift + ESC together. Then you write (depending on your team) for example /funred cigar or /funblue cigar. That will give you a cigar in your mouth.
