How do you get a healthy hamster?

Have only one hamster in each cage you have, Get it a ball put it in the ball for 1 hour or more, 3 hours tops, get it out 1 hour a day, give it a healthy diet, Give it water, note they shouldn 't drink a lot of water, if they do, contact a vet. If you do all this you will have a heathy hamster, Like mine, the best hamster in the entire universe, Ralphy. He can survive a 5 ft fall, Without any injuries, at all. He beats up any other hamster he ever sees, except Female dwarf hamsters, that are ready to mate, He has never mated before. Plz don't breed hamsters, If you don't do all of this, you are a bad pet owner, and shoudn't have a pet hamster, Ps. Males are better than female hamsters, I am tired of people thinking Female hamsters are better, My brother has a boy hamster, in a different cage though.
