Yes it is. first you have to go to a friends house or someone who has imvu downloaded on their computer. then you make one. when you are back at your house you sign in and there you go. you're on imvu.com! Actually yeah you can do that, but you wouldnt be able to play the virtual part. I tried, uber fail. YOU HAVE TO DOWNLOAD imvu if you want play the virtual part.
