How do you get a kitcen in Harvest Moon DS?

You need to unlock the Teleshopping Harvest Sprite Station, and keep watching it every day until it offers a kitchen. It will also say how much it is.

Go to the phone and call Teleshopping, and they will offer you the kitchen. You can accept as long as you have enough money.

You can also buy a double bed (you will need this if you want to get married), a bathroom, a toilet, a basement and more.
