How do you find the legendary bird in sapphire?

Arcticuno, the first bird, is in the Seafoam Islands, after you solve a block puzzle. Bring Strength and Suft with you, as well as an escape rope and Fly.

Zapdos is in the Power Plant, East and then North of Cerulean City. You will need Surf to reach him. He's at the end of the Power Plant.

Moltres is a tricky one, because in Red he's on the Victory Road, in plain sight, but in FIREred, he's in the Sevii Isles. Bulbapedia (Google it) could tell you which island if you need to know.

^^ moltres is on island one. go to the north of the island and use surf. You should pass the ember spa but keep going north past that you will reach mt. ember its pretty straight forward going up the mountain make sure you have strength. I recommend you save the game before attempting to capture it because if you accidently knock it out, you dont get a second chance to catch it. (i didn't save the game now i have articuno and zapdos but no moltres if anyone knows how i can get another chance to try and capture it please can you message me.. KthxBai)

If you chose Chespin, you'll find Articuno roaming in the Kalos region after defeating the Elite 4.

If you chose Fennekin, you'll find Zapdos roaming in the Kalos region after defeating the Elite 4.

If you chose Froakie, you'll find Moltres roaming in the Kalos region after defeating the Elite 4.

Once you find the Legendary Bird, either by encountering it or having someone do a trade-back, you'll have it in your Pokedex. Go into your Pokedex and look for the bird according to the starter you chose and you can find a spot blinking on its location. It'll take awhile sometimes to find it. Go to the Route the Pokedex says its in, then check again to see if it's still there. If so, apply on any kind of repel with a high level Pokemon (so the other wild Pokemon won't spawn), then walk around in the grass. The correct Legendary bird battle theme should start and that bird will appear. Yes, it will flee at the start of battle. After encountering it repeatedly in the wild, it will fly to Sea Spirit's Den, where you must travel to. It'll let you know if that's where it is flying to. You can only find one Legendary bird per game, so you would need to trade for the others from someone.

You can't find them.You can trade it from Fire Red or Leaf Green.It's the same for Ruby and Emerald.
