Hi, To get Pokemon to Lv 100, you must have battles with some of the stronger trainers, such as gym leaders, or the elite 4 (If you are that far ahead). If you have already beaten the elite 4 then go to the fight arena (diamond/Pearl), or the battle frontier (Platinum), these wont get you experience, but you will be able to buy rare candy for 32Bp (you get Bp by winning battles in the Battle frontier/fight arena). Take the 6 Pokemon you want to level up to Lv 100 and battle as many trainers as you can (The elite 4 works the best). This will get you quite a lot of experience then use rare candies, to increase the level of 1 of you Pokemon. Repeat this process until you have 6 Lv 100 Pokemon. Blaster2177

No! Infact there is more stuff to do after beating the game. Although it rolls the credits and brings you back to the main page, you can continue your game and there is actually a lot unlocked. Example: Battle Frontier.
