Well its really that simple. All you have to do is time travel every day get fruit and shells and sell it at nooks, but you have to get the SAME furniture or else the HRA Wont give you a high score.
eg; 250,000 or 150,000.
You have to have a higher score then 250,000
Or you wont get that mansion.
