The guy who blocks the entrance has either moved aside, or disappeared. There is a labyrinth, with Pokemon ranging around the level 50s and 60s.
Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald: You cannot get a mewtwo unless you have a Game Shark or an Action Replay, or any other kind of cheat.
Pokemon Diamond and Pearl: If you have a mewtwo in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, you can first put the mewtwo in the computer. Then, put it in the bottom slot of a DS or DS Lite, and put Pokemon Diamond or Pearl in the top DS slot. Go to Pal Park (can only be done after defeating Elite Four). There, you can play the game and capture the mewtwo into your Pokemon Diamond or Pearl.
