When you go to your garden through the map or the garden sign next to your zoo, there are some signs by the tree where the Cluekoo sits. One sign says "Seed Cart". Click on that sign and that will get you to the Moshling Seed Cart on Main Street.
For some moshlings, you have to make a purchase to get a code to get a special flower which will only attract that one moshling.
