How do you get a motobike on Grand Theft Auto San Andreas?

On the PC platform, if your referring to a bicycle, your first mission requires a bicycle and you can find these all the time throughout the game. Similarly, you can get a motorcycle throughout the game as well.

first you have to find a freeway and type GHOSTRIDER it should say cheat activated and when you get on the bike you turn into the ghost rider to get the freeway go to the country side/ the rural places or just spawn it good luck :)

The technical side is that they used a new game engine called RenderWare so the game engine was at an early stage so couldn't handle motorcycles, user controlled helicopters, swimming, climbing and crouching. When Vice City was released, the game engine used was a slightly improved version of RenderWare so there were motorcycles, planes, helicopters and crouching but there still wasn't swimming or climbing. So when San Andreas came out, swimming, climbing and a lot more was available.

There are no bikes in GTA III. A motorbike ban is in motion in Liberty City. The reason they're there in Liberty City Stories is because it's set three years earlier, which was before the ban was passed.
