Ferb is just Phineas and Candace'stepbrother. newtest3 Candace and Phineas belong to Linda Flynn (legally) and ferb belongs to Lawrence Fletcher (legally) Linda and Lawrence got married and ferb came with his dad to live in dannville with Candace, Phineas, and Linda and perry!!!!!
